Ice cream Cone Charm/Sterling/retired

This is a James Avery look alike evidently! My daughter bought it when she was a teen at a JA store but when I took it in to verify they couldn't find the stamp. The manager said it is almost identical to an Avery charm from the 1990s that has been retired.
